Exchange, return and cancellation
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Products without return tag can not be returned! Ayshaonline.com will not accept returns on products that have been ironed, used, washed, dried, or damaged. This also includes makeup and food stains!
Please note: return costs within Scandinavia is 49kr and will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Internationally returns costs will be covered by the customer. Shipping label will be provided. The refund shall be made using the same payment method as the buyer used.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
In some instances, we are sadly unable to offer exchanges. These include sale, customized and perishable products, as well as products which have had their protective seals or strips removed or damaged.
As a guideline, the following examples are not covered by our returns policy:
-Made to measure, altered, or customized products
-Made to order products
-E-vouchers and gift cards
All customized products cannot be returned or refunded unless the item is faulty or damaged
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: Ogndalsvegen 16, 7713 Steinkjer, Norway.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Ayshaonline.com is not responsible for damage to pressure or change in color due to washing. Ayshaonline.com quality assures all items carefully before shipment. If there is still a defect in the product, you must, within five business days of receiving the product, give Ayshaonline.com a written notice per. email that you want to invoke the shortage. Ayshaonline.com is responsible for shipping costs on defective products.
